The Tennessee Monument is in the Stonewall Confederate Cemetery section of Mount Hebron Cemetery in Winchester, Virginia. (39° 10.987′ N, 78° 9.418′ W; see map) The main cemetery entrance is from Boscawen Avenue at East Lane.
